Lovely lady Glory
This is Raegan from Oklahoma I got Glory (now Cynder) from you. I just wanted to give you an update on her. She is doing great. Cynder is a spoiled rotten mess, but we love her. :-) She is really smart. She knows all of her basic commands and follows them well, except of course for the dreaded "stay" we just have trouble holding still. :-) We are working on it though and she is doing good. My friend and I are trying to get her ready for her TDI test but with school I am not sure we will be ready this year. Everyone that sees and meets her loves her. Of course she is a slobber machine so most of the time they are running from her, but she is faster then them so once she catches them they give up and love on her. :-) Her new favorite trick is playing dead. I taught it to her the other day and she got it down really good, but now to get attention she will just randomly fall over and play dead and look up occasionally to see if you are watching. lol it is really funny.

Hi Nessa,
It's been a while and I thought I'd send you an update with photos. Chloe is doing just great. We love her to death and she knows it. The first photo was taken when she turned 6 months. The other two photos were taken yesterday at 7 1/2 months. Her head has really grown and we get comments wherever we take. We found a six month old male fawn Great Dane a few blocks away from us and his owners are very jealous and cannot believe her gorgeous head.
Chloe 2011 Update:
I must humbly apologize for being so lax in my photo updates. I'm attaching two photos of Jessica and Chloe as they prepare for Christmas Eve. The antlers were quickly shed seconds later. She is a gorgeous, 125 lb., spoiled rotten blue dane.She has been a joy to have. However, I believe Nigel would take issue with that statement. Whenever they are together Chloe will do everything she can to tease Nigel by chasing him and nipping at his tail which he truly hates. When they're outside playing tug-of-war once Nigel has locked his jaw onto an object there is no letting go. So, Chloe will stradle him and put his entire head in her mouth. Of course, she thinks this is all great fun and has no idea how strong she is. So he prefers not to be around her most of the time. Oh, well, who knew?In any case, we love her dearly. I hope everything is going well for you. Have a happy new year!

March 2010 Update:
Hey Nessa. It's been a long time since we sent a picture of Han. You have one other picture posted of him. He's great and everyone loves him. Mostly they're just amazed at the size of the Dane, the beauty of the blue coat, and the gentle funny nature. This is Han chilling out upstairs when we wouldn't let him on the couch. Dogwood Danes Ambassador to Bolivia - Apollo

Please post these pics of Apollo on your site. He's already the size of a full sized Lab. Here are some earlier pics of him. I'll send you some more recent ones later. He is the most popular dog in Bolivia. Every time we walk past a deli people give him free snacks. Everyday people approach me and ask me if I'm willing to breed him with non dane for a profit. My answer is always NOOOOOOOOOOO, then I direct them to your website.
P.S. He weighed out at 60lbs yesterday.

I cannot EVEN begin to tell you how much we absolutely adore Zara
(Regal). She was from your litter with Nina and Adonis, born August,
2009, and is the most wonderful "puppy". She is currently 130
lbs., and
still growing. She has a personality that is bigger than life and a
mischievous streak to match, lol. She is the most intelligent dog I
have ever seen, totally trained and a stinker! One of these pictures is
of her and her "big" brother, Spike. We had to buy larger sofas
to
accommodate the animals. We sit on the floor, ha! The other picture
shows her helping her dad put a table together...she was supervising.
You have filled our lives with the most precious soul and she could not

Nessa, Just wanted to give you an update on Gunther...
He is such a good boy. The perfect dog for us. Thank You!!! He is pretty lazy, burps a lot, loves to play soccer - he can dribble the ball really well, has a good attitude about training class and practicing, hates to sit down on cold, wet or snowy ground - he hovers, weighs 75 lbs at almost 6 months, loves his giant green spider toy, goes to the bathroom on command, and talks a lot (not barking - just talking).

Feb 2010 Update:
Hope everything is well with you and your family with all the bad weather you have been getting out there. I took some new pictures of Layla that I thought you might like to see. She is doing great, she is just a big sweetheart and loves to give kisses. She has gotten so big, weighing around 75 pounds now. We just adore her, she has added so much joy to our lives and I wanted to thank you again for giving us the pleasure of owning a Dogwood Dane. She is just perfect and so very sweet and loving. The one picture is an old picture but I don't think that I sent it to you and I thought that you would enjoy it. She absoluty loves her new brother and sister Buddy and Ginger and as you can see in the picture they adore her too. In picture #2 she is trying to take the ball away from Buddy, she thinks you can play tug-of-war with everything. Hope you like the photos...
