Contracts: Our contract covers our health guarantee, puppy registration information, puppy pack information, and purchaser responsibilities. Our Contract is available upon request and must be signed and returned to us prior to your taking possession of the puppy. Purchase Price: Our puppies range in price from $2000-$4500 depending on the sex, the puppy, and the litter. Puppy Purchase Price will be set on each litter separately.

Deposits: We require a $500.00 deposit to "hold" one of our puppies until they reach the age of 8 weeks. Deposits are on a "first come, first serve basis". You can make your deposit using PAYPAL (cash or credit) over the internet. If you choose to mail it via USPS, we will not "hold" a puppy until deposit is received. We accept holding deposits in the form of cash, cashiers check, money order, or credit card (via Paypal.com). Deposits are non-refundable. We do not except personal checks at any time.   Before a litter is born $100 deposits are accepted to hold picks. Once the puppies arrive $400 is due to hold each puppy until it is 8 weeks of age.

 Ear Cropping: No ear cropping is available at this time. We are happy to help you locate a qualified vet near you if you like.

Discounts: Ask us about any discounts that may be available. We do offer a "Paid in Full" discount for puppies paid in full before 3 weeks of age.

Delivery: We are willing to consider driving a portion of the way for delivery/pickup. Contact us for more information. We do require that the puppy is paid for in full prior to traveling with them. If you place a deposit on a puppy, please be aware, pick up/delivery will be between 8-10 wks.

Puppy Purchase: We reserve the right to refuse purchase to anyone at any time. We are picky where our babies go and want every puppy to find his or her "Perfect fit"! 

Shipping:  Any puppy being shipped is required to be paid for in full along with all associated costs within  10 days prior to requested shipping date.  Contact us for an estimate if you need shipping service. Puppies are not allowed to be shipped prior to 8 weeks of age due to airline policies. Health certifications are also required to be performed within 10 days of shipping date. Due to size issues, no Great Dane puppies will be shipped after 15 weeks of age or 50lbs.  

Payment: All puppies are required to be paid in Full, including any shipping by 8 weeks of age, unless other arrangements have been made and noted on the contract. If puppies are not paid in full by 9 weeks of age, the puppy will be placed with another family, and all deposits will be held over and applied to a future puppy purchase.
